EH Extended Care Center

The Extended Care Center is one of Georgia's hospital-based nursing homes that provide loved ones with a high level of personal attention.

The Extended Care Center has just earned AHCA/NCAL Quality Award. The American Health Care Association and the National Association for Assisted Living have awarded Effingham Extended Care the prestigious Award for Quality.
